python-ferari software package provides optimizations for evaluation of variational forms, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-ferari
python-ferari is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-ferari package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-ferari *
You will get with python-ferari package name, version, architecture and description in a table
